Gentle Yoga Flow Video Class Package

This is a 49 minute Gentle Yoga Flow class.  It might be helpful to have a yoga mat and a yoga strap (or belt) handy for this class. 

This is a 44 minute gentle hatha yoga class.  No special equipment is needed, although you may find that having a firm folded blanket nearby to be helpful in sitting postures. 

In this 46 minute class, we will gently open the hips.

In this 51 minute class we will focus on the actions of standing postures with the use of props. 

This is a 49 minute gentle flow class.  We use a folded blanket and yoga blocks.  These props are optional.  Books can be used in the place of yoga blocks. 

This is a 46 minute class that combines yin and gentle hatha yoga.  

Grab your mat and lets gently flow in this 50 minute class full body class.

In this 50 minute gentle hatha yoga class, you will softly open the shoulders, chest and hips.

This is a 50 minute full body gentle hatha yoga class. A blanket or a towel is recommended. 

In this 49 minute class, we move from a standing flow to a grounded yin class.
